Description:  Randstad Technologies is a Global staffing firm that provides customized technology
solutions to corporations around the world.  Working as a Senior Consultant at Bank of America in
Wilmington, DE.  I am currently working in the Reporting and Data Integration Department for the Small
Business Department.  I am working on various projects that utilize ETL processes to download data from
the Teradata System to SQL Server for integration into a Microstrategy Reporting System.  I am part of
the development group using SQL Server 2008 r2 and Visual Studio 2008 BI tools.
 I architected the new ETL processes to download Deposits and Sales Performance data from
Teradata DB Server to SQL Server.

and hardware solutions to various corporations within the Greater Philadelphia area.  Working as a Senior
Consultant for Anexinet Corporation in Blue Bell, PA, I was working on the Comcast Spotlight application
for Comcast Inc to allow the Importing and Exporting of Nielsen information into a compact area.  This will
allow the users to have better access to all Nielsen related data and know the value of the latest
household Universal Estimates.  I was part of the development group using Visual Studio 2012 using C#
and MVC for the .Net Framework 4.5 and SQL Server 2012.
 I initially worked on developing the front end screens but then moved onto developing the DB,
SSIS Imports, SSIS Exports, and SSRS Reports.
  Developed 12 SSIS imports to initially load all the data and then 9 more imports to allow for
continuous importing of Nielsen data.

Title:  Invoice and Scheduling Team Lead Developer
Description:  Executive Health Resources provides Audit Processing for Insurance Claims for Hospitals
throughout the United States.  Executive Health Resources analyzes all Inpatient claims to prevent
declines from Insurance Providers.  Working as a Team Lead Developer in Newtown Square, PA, I
started as part of the Hospital Analytics team.  My responsibilities included providing analysis, software
development and team leadership to the development team and users of the Scheduling Application.  I
then transitioned to the Finance department to develop the new Invoicing System.  I was promoted to the
title of Lead Developer and also hired a direct report to continue to provide development support for the
Scheduling application, while I focused my development skills on the creation and deployment of the
Invoicing application.  This development was done with MS Visual Studio 2010, C#, MS SQL Server
2008, MS Visual Studio 2008 SSIS, Team Foundation Server, WPF, Entity Framework, Windows
Workflow Foundation.
Accomplishments:
 Established separate Development and Production environments in SQL Server 2008.
 Developed SSIS Package for ETL of the Production data to Development to keep both systems
in synch for Development purposes.
 Established a proper deployment process to deploy weekly updates of the Scheduling System.
 Performed Systems Analysis of existing Excel Invoicing Application for development of new
version.

Working as a Senior Programmer Analyst, I was part of the BT – Desktop Engineering Operations
Services development group using Visual Studio 2008, WCF, VB.NET 2003, C#, MS SQL Server 2000,
MS SQL Server 2005, MS SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services, and Multi-Threading working through
Full SDLC processes to deliver the requested applications. 
Accomplishments:
 Completed process for Data Quality Initiative (DQI) Project to generate weekly reports to analyze
problems with Clinician Care data.  These reports were created using MS SQL Server 2000
Report Services.
 Initiated processes to correct the incorrect data to bring data and data management processes
closer to SOX compliance.
 Corrected the VB.NET code that was the underlying cause of duplicate and incorrect data being
saved to the databases.
 Improved the efficiency of the nightly MS SQL Server 2000 jobs to increase productivity and
provide correct output by moving critical processes to a C# service developed in MS Visual
Studio 2008 and WCF residing on an application server.
