1.1 INTRODUCTION
JDAS is a data acquisition system developed on basis of Windows and it is used for
monitoring the operation data. This system can collect, monitor and record operation
data in real-time and it can also process related operation data, which helps field
technical personnel to accurately master job data, analyze job condition, direct field
job and guarantee job quality. This system also helps to find and analyze causes of

3 ACQUISITION RECORD
This section will introduce the start, data acquisition and recording of JDAS. User can
adjust the data (chart editing, data fine adjustment) according to actual working

in the drop-down list and then a setting window as shown in Fig. 3-9 will pop up.

The JDAS system can collect data (analog quantity such as pressure and digital
quantity such as displacement) directly from the sensors, and it will calibrate the data
