1. To teach using appropriate and innovative teaching strategies
2. To facilitate learning in the schools through functional lesson plans, daily log of activites and appropriate, adequate and
updated instructional materials
3.To monitor and evaluate pupuils'/students' progress
4. To undertake activities to improve performance indicators
5. To maintain updated pupils/students progress regularly
6. To supervise curricular and co-curricular projects and activities
7. To maintain updated pipil/student school records
8. To counsel and guide pupil/ students
9. To support activities of Governmental and non-Governmental organizations
10. To conduct action plan
11. To maintain daily routine (classroom cleanliness/ management/ overall physical classroom atmosphere)
