Activity Responsibility

START

Immediately notify the people in the surrounding area Any person at the scene
by shouting “FIRE, FIRE,…..” First person at the scene

Report the emergency situation with the following


information:
- Type of emergency
Any person at the scene
- Location
First person at the scene
- Degree of emergency
- Extent of injury / illness
- Current situation

Report immediately to any of the following person as


available:
Project Site
Head Office
- Security Guard
- Security Guard
- PM / SM / SA / PIC Any person at the scene
- HR
- HSE Personnel First person at the scene
- HSE Department
- Site Supervisor
Note:
Any of the above notified person shall immediately
notify Emergency Commander of ERT.

Initiate ERP and notify ERT members to carry out their

duties.

Try to extinguish the fire with nearest portable fire Any person at the scene
extinguisher available at the location. First person at the scene

If required, contact BOMBA immediately. Emergency Coordinator

Notify Police and Hospital, if necessary. Arrange for


Ambulance Service. Emergency Coordinator

If necessary, initiate evacuation process & for further


action. Refer to Site Emergency Response Plan ERT Members
(CNH/HSE/ERP/PH5/5C/BW06)
