The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) is a body corporate established under
the Act 520 – Construction Industry Development Board Act 1994, revised 2011. It is a
statutory body under the Ministry of Works, Malaysia and is tasked with promoting the
construction services sector, as well as take on the role of coordinating and monitoring the
overall progress of the implementation process of the CIMP (Construction Industry Master
Plan).

SSM is a statutory body formed as a result of a merger between the Registrar of Companies
(ROC) and the Registrar of Businesses (ROB) in Malaysia which regulates companies and
businesses. SSM came into operation on 16 April 2002. The main activity of SSM is to serve
as an agency to incorporate companies and register businesses as well as to provide company
and business information to the public. As the leading authority for the improvement of

1) OHSAS 18001
OHSAS 18001 is the most widely used and recognized standard for Occupational
Health and Safety Management Systems. A new standard, ISO 45001 will replace
OHSAS 18001.Our Company comply with this standard to ensure the occupational

2) MS1722
MS 1722 is a Malaysian Standard on Occupational Health and Safety Management
Systems. Organizations can demonstrate their commitment to safeguarding the
welfare of employees from workplace injuries and illnesses. Likewise, companies
adhering to this standard will also comply with occupational health and safety (OHS)
legal requirements.
