Block telnet port in the OLT

Deny IPV4 &


Telnet

Click Add

Enable SSH port in the OLT

Enable SSH option


Select Version 2

Click on Submit

Change the ONT login
Username / Password

Change the
Default Username/
Password and set
new password

Remove the common ports on WAN

Remove the tick mark against wan ports


also change the default Port numbers to any other
number of your choice

Disable the UPnP configuration

Click on Disable

Change the wifi Default Password

Don’t keep the


default password,
change the
password

Set the ONT firewall ON to High
