ABC Portal e-Booking overview

➢ ABC Logistics has an online e-Booking Portal for the Vendors where in the users can login
with their specific credentials and proceed with the Booking creation.

➢ Vendors can also view the Buyer PO details and proceed to create/modify the booking
accordingly.

➢ ABC Logistics provide an extended visibility to the Customers wherein they can login to the
e-Booking Portal and proceed to approve the necessary bookings which needed to be
shipped.

➢ ASN will be transmitted after the Vessel sail.

➢ ABC Logistics have also integrated the packing list creation process into the e-Booking portal itself.
➢ The vendor can login to the system and use the Packing list creation feature by uploading
the Excel packing list form for the list of approved bookings.
➢ In the event of any exceptions in the document, the user will in turn be provided on the list of
exceptions upon which the necessary measures can be taken on the subject packing lists.
