Long Term Articulation Goal:

Pt will demonstrate articulation skills, which are (WNL/WFL/within ___ months of


CA) for his/her linguistic environment within 6 months as assessed by
(standardized/non-standardized) assessment.

Short Term Articulation Goals:

Pt will correctly produce /f, v/ in all positions in


words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for 3
out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /s, z/ in all positions in


words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for 3
out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /sh, ch, dz/ in all positions in


words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for 3
out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce consonant clusters /s-blends, l-blends, r-blends/ in all


possible positions of words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy
with fading cues for 3 out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /r/ in all positions in


words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for 3
out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /l/ in all positions in


words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for 3
out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /th/ “voiced” and /th/ “voiceless” in all possible positions
in words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for
3 out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /k, g/ in all positions in


words/phrases/sentences/conversation with 80% accuracy with fading cues for 3
out of 4 sessions.

Pt will correctly produce /ng/ in final position in
