Design: This fully automatic, 100% PLC-controlled emulsion plant can be run by
one operator and produces all well-known emulsions in the market today.

PLC Features: The PLC documents production with raw material

consumption and includes a library capable of storing numerous
different recipes.

The plant can quickly and easily shift between

any recipes in the PLC library.

Eco-friendly Features: The heat in the

outgoing emulsion is used to heat the
ingoing process water.

A zero-waste system provides the perfect

“green” profile.
