I think we have all agreed that we have to see more of what he has and meet with him. Right now,
doing that is our problem because there are procedures to cover corporate liabilities.
What I have done is to link you to Boyd Bushma~ lboth genti,e.rrl.e.n,like yourself

the arrangements are ever organized. Boyd has heard of several others in Europe that might

thought your experience in these matters and how the UK .M.aD-anQ industrial organizations

to see what other common areas of interest you might have. Now I am one of your biggest fans,

Thanks for your message re anti-gravity etc. One does approach this sort of
statement and claims with some degree of skepticism(s)-pl admire my american
spelling. I have seen a couple of things up that streyt - if thft is the right
term for the galactic voyages - before. I gather from that you would
like me to do some work to make an appreciation of the prospects for his
ideas. If this is the case it would help if he sent me more than just the
s~opsis provided of his theoretical work. Following a study of this further
material a decision could be made concerning the value of a meeting with him in
Prague. One is aware of the inconsistences in Newtonian mechanics, so was Newton
and Einstein developed his theories of relativity by studying them. However, so
far we do not seen any method of opposing gravity within the earth's
gravitational field other than the expensive ones we use. Furthermore
classical mechanics have served us well so far in space travel, where as he
says velocities can be very high. But is not the cost of lift off a predominant
one in the total package of power and weight? Is he claiming that H~ectus was
a product of Viagra? Over 90,000 years ago knew how to achieve whatL___J says he
can do now? My little but growing joke! Waiting to hear from you.

SUBJECT saidllhad asked him to use his "pen name" as part of her business name.
I kaid she~ to use a masculine pseudonym because she perceived there was a "glass
ceiling" and many would not accept a woman as an editor. SUBJECT said he_ lthat
he did not mind her borrowing his pen name.
SUBJECT said he had only used the pseudonym "Richard Daniel" as a pen name when he
registered his copyrights of the two books he intends to publish at some time in the future.
SUBJECT said he is a technical writer and the books still "require a lot of work before they are
ready to be published." SUBJECT noted he had copies of the copyright registrations "stuck to
his wall in his office" along with his patents that had been accepted and registered. SUBJECT
provided a copy of the copyright registrations. (Copies of the copyright registrations are
appended as Exhibits 1 and 2.) SUBJECT said that aside of the copyright registrations he had
not used his pen name in any fashion.
SUBJECT asked if using a pen name could get him into trouble. SUBJECT was informed that
ordinarily, in-and-of-itself, using a pseudonym to publish a book was not believed to be illegal.
It was noted to SUBJECT that the only requirement immediately apparent pertaining to his use
of a pen name would have been his need to notify the Defense Security Service of his
pseudonym when completing his questionnaires· for his security clearance. SUBJECT said he
did not remember ever entering the pseudonym on his security questionnaires, explaining it had
not occurred to him to do so. SUBJECT said it had not occurred to him to do so because he had
never actually used the name Richard Daniel in any fashion but identifying the it as his pen name
when he registered the copyrights for the books he intends to publish at some time in the future.
SUBJECT said that the two books still require a lot of work, with one of them needing at least
another 77 pages of writing to be added. SUBJECT said that once the books begin to take a form
where they are nearing readiness for publication, he must have them reviewed by the Company's
and the Government's special program offices. SUBJECT said the books are a long way off
from being ready and he may not have the time to finish them until after he retires. SUBJECT
said he had not worked on them much since the early 90's because he has not had the time, and
reiterated that he might not have the time he needs to finish them until after he retires.
SUBJECT said he may have mentioned his plans to publish a book to someone in the Company's
special programs office sometime during the period of 1991 to 1996, but he said he never
formally requested permission to publish the books because they had never been readied to the
point that he could consider publishing them.
