    I. Reading Comprehension

    1. Mary Seacole was born in 1805 in Jamaica


    2. She learned from her mother how to make medicines from herbs. She
    pretended her doll was sick and gave her medicines
    3. Edwin Seacole
    4. Patient and Independent or responsible
    5. Many of them got sick or hurt and died
    6. Mary would go and find men who were hurt and treat their wounds. The
    soldiers were very grateful for this.
    7. Mary used her own money to travel to the war and to open a place for
    soldiers called the British Hotel
    8. She was given medals for being so brave
    9. Some soldiers raised money for her to say thank you for helping them.

    10. the message from the text is that we must be independent, brave, responsible
    and able to help other people

    III. Writing
     My Daily Activities
    My name is Nana Suryana. I always wake up at 4 a.m. then take a shower
    and brush my teeth. After that, I prayed at dawn in congregation at the
    mosque and in the morning I did exercises or sports. Next, I ate breakfast
    and got ready to go to work. At 7 am I go to the school where I teach or
    work and start my first class then I go to class to teach. After that, I have
    finished class hours for another class. at 12 noon I take a break and have
    lunch. after that I returned to class to teach. The time has shown at 14.00
    which means the lesson is over or it's time to go home. after arriving
    home I immediately took a shower and changed clothes. if in the
    afternoon I immediately get ready to take the online class until it's
    finished. in the evening I like to learn to do assignments and read books.
    after that I sometimes play chess with my friends until 22.00 after that I
    wash my feet, brush my teeth and sleep.
