    presently residing at Binondo, Manila, after having duly sworn to in accordance
    with law, hereby depose and say that:

    1. I received a CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT informing that


    I was employed at MAGNABROS MARKETING CORP. from October 5, 2019
    up to May 20, 2020, holding a position of Purchaser. A copy of the Certification is
    hereto attached as Annex “A”;

    2. This is to certify that I have no record of note that will cast any
    doubt on my good moral character and conduct;

    3. I am executing this Affidavit of Employment to attest to the truth of


    the foregoing, and for whatever legal purposes it may duly serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand this 2nd day of June 2020, at
    Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
