Service to Others
All professionals uphold their duties to serve other people and the community. They
exert their effort and time, and sacrifice to protect the welfare of all individuals they
live with because the service to others leads to greatness and success.
Integrity and Objectivity
The responsibility of a professional is to do his work rightfully even no one is
watching. As they could maintain the highest sense of integrity and objectivity, the
society would prosper because there’s no dominant self-interest. Moreover, they
should refrain from engaging in activity that would trigger their unfair service.

Professional Competence
Every professional shall continue in improving their skills and knowledge so that,
they could do their work more efficiently. Success would not be reached if they
would not give their high level of competence.

2
Solidarity and Teamwork
In a professional organization, each member shall contribute to achieve the
development by doing ethical practices and commit to their responsibilities. Each
professional shall have broader interest above their own personal ambition and
preference.

Social and Civic Responsibility

It is important for a professional to always commit with the social responsibility to
attain the general goal in the society. The civic responsibility is like a conscience that
make the professionals eliminate their unethical practices.

3
Global Competitiveness
Nowadays, the competition in global scale is complex thus, the professionals shall
develop their skills and maintain levels of professional practices aligned with global
best practices. They shall increase their competitiveness and face the whole world.

4
Equality of All Professions
Every profession is important in our society. Each has their own roles that completes
the cycle in the community; therefore, all professionals shall treat their colleagues
equally and with respect.
