An experienced and qualified registered nurse who is efficient, thorough and passionate about delivering
the best levels of care to patients. Having healthcare experience and possesses the required physical,
mental and emotional strength to stand up to the rigours of this demanding profession. I have strong
interpersonal skills and I always ensure that I provide the highest level of patient care by providing health
education and nursing care. I have an experience of intensive care unit. I possess strong leadership

Job responsibilities as a critical care nurse in India

 Managing critical situations in a professional manner.
 Assess, plan, and implement, evaluation and recording of patient condition.
 Administration of life saving medications.
 Care of ventilator patients and patients with cardiac arrhythmias.
 Emergency management of conditions.
 Assisting physician during CPR, Endo-tracheal intubation, central venous line and ICD insertion.
 Insertion of peripheral line, urinary catheter and NG tube.
 Management of intravenous therapy including blood transfusion.
 Evaluate patients to determine the priority of treatment, care and mental support.
 Maintaining all the infection control measures.
 Control the use of narcotic drugs in accordance with the hospital policy.
 Prepare the patient for various investigations like Ultrasound studies, x- ray and so on.
 Taking and interpretation of ABG and ECG.
 To take proper care of the equipment’s and out them to proper use.
 Participate in in-service education and other health service activities.
 Monitoring vital signs and patients hemodynamic, respiratory, renal and neurological status.
 Evaluate the needs of patients in accordance with professional standards and code of ethics.
