    Dear Sir/Madam,

    The College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) of Central Luzon State
    University (CLSU) offers a Practicum Program to its BS in Business Administration students as
    one of the vital requirements of its business curriculum. It is supervised under the CBAA
    Practicum Program and provides a venue for the students to apply the concepts, theories and
    principles learned inside the classroom. It further exposes them to actual situations in
    preparation for future business careers or entrepreneurial ventures after graduation.

    The Practicum Program requires the student trainees to render 320 hours of office on- the- job
    training. With your supervision and guidance, the students will have the opportunity to observe
    the operation of your institution and study the systems and procedures in pursuing your report of
    their experiences in your organization.

    We will appreciate your assistance in accommodating the following students to conduct their
    field practice in your company.
