A. Orientation/ Workplace Orientation - The EEs first experience in the new job. They are taught
history, values, and goals for their new place of employment. They are also educated about the
market and products offered. Rules about safety and regulations are also covered in the
process.
B. In-House Training - learning for employees led by the company itself; Enables a cost efficient
and time flexible training framework. Customized to address specific organizational or
capability needs. An interactive means of team bonding as well as education
C. External Training - should be run through a registered training organization
D. Mentorship - a business tool to develop and retain employees; it uses the resources your
company already has to improve employee satisfaction, develop leadership, and teach new
skills
Employee Relations - The company’s effort to manage relationship between the employer and
employee; It also provides fair & consistent treatment to all employee to build commitment & loyalty to
the company
Employee Movement
Employee Reward System - programs set up by a company to reward performance and motivate
employees on individual and/or group levels. They are normally considered separate from salary but
may be monetary in nature or otherwise have a cost to the company.
