3. Operation conditions
3.1. Power source
1)Voltage :Single phase 220VAC
2)Allowable voltage :220V within ±10%
3)Power capacity :5kVA
4)Earth :3 earthling type.
3.2. Circumstance
1)Room temperature :5 ~ 40℃
2)Air pressure :70 ~ 106 kPa
Danger; Keep the unit away from the chemicals and explosive gas.
3)Operation place
Do not store the unit at places like shown below for longer life.
・Poisonous gas.
・Hot steams.
・Water drop.
・Sand or dusty.
・Oily steams.
・Shock or vibration.
・Voltage changes violently.
・Voltage severely drops at overloaded.

4. Explanation

① Face guard
It prevent patient‟s face or head go into the range of X-ray exposure field.
Caution; Beam limiting masks are preferred to be used its own options.
When the mask is not set, inserted inappropriately or other units‟ one is used,

⑦ Hand grip
This is used for patient relax during exposure. Let patient hold this grip to be stable.
⑨ Device table
Bucky device and magnification device is placed in this unit.
In case of that the breast is out of AEC detector's field, un-proper film is made.
Reference; AEC field should be placed at nearest part of patient's chest when spot radiography.
If AEC field is focused out of breast, overloaded exposure is made.

Basically size is 18×24 cm(optionally 24×30 cm can be installed.)

5. Operation Instruction
5.1. Pre-inspection
As soon as power breaker is on, compression paddle unit starts to move down first
then down.
Reference; Accordingly, “__” appears at kV indicating window after approximately 10
seconds.
The system is ready to be operated by pressing “ON” switch.
(5)Sound when exposure made :Whether rotating sound of tube anode is ok.

Reference; Cassette can be inserted into from both side of bucky device.
(4)When cassette to be released, push lever to inside direction of the unit then pull it out.
(5)To pull out bucky device, push fix and release lever under the device table and then pull out
bucky device as some as cassette releasing.

(1)When magnification device is to be set in, keep in mind to replace face guard and compression
paddle first.
(2)Adjust magnification device fit to guide rail on device table
(3)Smoothly push it in up to the end and securely fastened.
(4)Insert cassette into magnification device
Reference; Cassette can be inserted into from both side of magnification device.
(5)When cassette to be released, push lever to inside direction of the unit then pull it out.
(6)To pull out magnification device, push fix and release lever under the device table and then pull
out magnification device as some as cassette releasing.

When emergency stop by any trouble, call service engineer to check and turn on
