Introduction

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a DEWA approved Electrical

contractor registered in Dubai since 1994. The company has achieved accreditation
for its Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015
standard. Our principal activity is Electrical & DRRG Solar PV Contracting and we
provide services in all areas of electrical works; domestic, commercial, and industrial
installations and maintenance.

At Link Light, we have built our business around understanding our customers'
needs & expectations, in order to deliver quality electrical solutions which perform
and protect each and every time. Our no compromise approach to our work shows
in the finished product. From commercial and retail fit-outs to residential buildings
and industries, each project is treated the same. Experienced project managers,
qualified electricians and office based support staff ensures that your contract is
completed successfully. We owe our success to our customers who have patronized
our services with confidence and trust. We believe strongly in providing quality
service on time and within budget while maintaining safety and cooperating with
those involved. An emphasis on Quality Control and Customer Service ensures that a
large portion of our work comes from a number of clients who come back to use our
services time and time again. And most of our new contacts approach us as a result
of personal recommendations.

engineers from Link Light Switchgear Industries LLC (sister company). Our
panels are custom built to client specification and conform to international
standards, thereby enabling us to be as flexible as possible and maintain successful

-Health & Safety Policy-

Our employees are of paramount importance.

LLE recognizes that the talent and energy of all its employees are its most valuable
assets.

Their safety and health demands the same degree of attention and emphasis as that
placed on our mainstream activity which encompasses quality, proficiency, and
efficiency, environmental and financial awareness. We also recognize our
responsibilities for the health and safety of others that may be affected by our
activities. It is our aim to achieve a working environment, which is free of work-
related accidents and ill health, and to this end we will pursue continuous
improvements from year to year.

LLE recognizes the importance of a safe work environment through the following:

Identifying hazards in the work place, assessing the risks related to them and
implementing appropriate preventive and protective measures

Providing and maintaining safe plant and work equipment

Establishing and enforcing safe methods of work

Ensuring that tasks given to employees are within their skills, knowledge and the
ability to perform

Ensuring that technical competence is maintained through the provision of refresher

training as appropriate

Promoting awareness of Health and Safety and of good practice through the
effective communication of the relevant information

Furnishing the resources needed to meet these objectives

All employees on their part are encouraged to contribute actively towards achieving
a work environment, which is free of accidents and ill health. All employees are
issued with all relevant personal protective equipment and this is recorded in a
register. Seminars and lectures are held regularly to discuss the correct use of
personal protective equipment, as well as other aspects of safety.

LLE demands all site employees have current training/testing in the necessary First
Aid/C.P.R., Hilti and hearing tests. Job Foremen ensure all new employees to a site
are fully trained on the tools involved and acquainted with on-site safety and
reporting procedures.

The company provides, at no cost to the employee, specialized safety equipment,

such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety gloves, fall protection
equipment, respirators and high voltage safety gear.

Our Health and Safety Policy will be reviewed annually to monitor its effectiveness
and to ensure that it reflects changing needs and circumstances.
