MUSIC
Activity 1.
Notes and rests combined together forms a rhythm. Rhythm is a regular repeated pattern of sounds or
beat used in music, poems and dances.

Digital Art is an artistic work or practice using digital technologies as essential part of creation or
presentation process. Nowadays, art processes like drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture can be done
through digital devices such as cellphone, tablet and computers installed with software. (Communication)
A software is a program and other operating information used by a computer. There are softwares
designed to create digital art.
Inkscape, MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDraw are some of these examples.
New technologies are used by more professionals in the visual arts such as graphic designers,
photographers, cinematographers and animators. Look closely at the design of posters, book covers, company
logos, food packaging, cartoon characters and signage. These different types of commercial art, which are used
in advertising were designed using technologies. (Creativity)
