The undersigned makes this application for grant of

compensation as per the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 on
the basis of the following facts and information:

along with Sunil Kumar
was coming from
Bhaguwala to his home
on Motor Cycle bearing
Registration No. UP-
20H-8695 and the
deceased was a pillion
rider, and when they
reached at a distance
ahead of walia T-Point,
the offending vehicle
bearing Registration
No.UK-15CA-1272
which was being driven
in a rash and negligent
manner with a high
speed hit the vehicle of
the deceased from
wrong side and both fell
down and was removed
to Civil Hospital,
Samipur and later on
referred to Bijnor Civil
Hospital where Sunil
Kumar was discharged
 but Naveen Kumar was
being treated at
Vedanta Hospital and
was referred to Jolly
Grant Hospital,
Dehradun and
subsequently Naveen
Kumar died before
reaching Jolly Grant
Hospital on 06.10.2020

grant interest, pendentilite from the date of filing of the petition till its
realization.

It is further prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be

pleased to pass any other/further order(s) as deem fit and proper, in the
interest of justice in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents.
