    SUBJECT: FINAL DEMAND LETTER

    Dear Sir:

    This letter is in connection with your obligation with my client Mr.


    AYLWIN PAUL BUENO which is due and demandable. It is worth
    recalling that you entered a deed of sale which obliges you to deliver a
    specific car since December 18, 2020 and from which you failed to deliver
    several times.

    You have been previously advised and notified to perform your obligation
    which you many times promised to do until December 31, 2020. The said
    promise went futile in as much as you failed to deliver said car on the last
    promised date.

    Final demand letter is hereby made upon you to perform your obligation.
    Should you fail to comply with this demand within ten (10) days from the
    date or January 20, 2021 until January 31, 2021, we shall be constrained to
    file all appropriate complaints against you. We shall hold you liable, in case
    of suit, for damages, attorney’s fees and other charges as may be incurred.

    Please give this matter your immediate and preferential attention. You may
    settle your obligation with Mr. Aylwin Paul Bueno with contact number
    090679567339 at 2 Soriano Street Poblacion 2 Cotabato City, Philippines.
    We trust you will see your way clear towards the prompt and amicable
    settlement of our plainly valid demands in order for you to avoid the
    inconvenience, expenses and embarrassment of litigation.
