1. Iron Ox Metal Works Limited has prepared an NDT Request template for Greenville Oil & Gas Co. Ltd. to request non-destructive testing on welds from spool pieces. 2. The template collects information on the spool piece number, drawing, weld number, wall thickness, length or diameter, type of NDT required, and date weld was completed. 3. The request is reviewed and approved by representatives from both Iron Ox and Greenville to ensure quality control of welds that will be used in an LNG plant installation.
