DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC) OF BARANGAY LUSSOC, SANTO DOMINGO,

ILOCOS SUR, CONDUCTED ON JANUARY 6, 2019 AT THE BARANGAY HALL

The meeting was convened at 6:00 PM. The BADAC Chair, Hon. Gina T. Tabur upon a
quorum has constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. BADAC Planning
2. Status of drug-related activities
3. Schedule of BADAC Quarterly Meeting
4. Rehabilitation referral desk officer
5. Other Matters

BADAC Chair, Hon. Gina Tabur asked the cooperation of the body in planning for the
BADAC Plan 2019.

The Chief Tanod Harvey Salvado reported that as per usual surveillance of this month,
the barangay has no added person/s involved on illegal drugs activities, and all members
unanimously seconded.

The BADAC Chair, Hon. Gina Tabur, presented to the body the appointment of Hon.
Jerry Ramos as rehabilitation referral desk officer of Barangay Lussoc, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos
Sur, on motion of Mr. Harvey Salvado and duly seconded by all members present to approve the
appointment having possessed all the qualifications suit to the position.

After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, moved a motion to
invite these individuals for a meeting on next BADAC Meeting and duly seconded byb all
members present.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 7:00
PM.

ILOCOS SUR, CONDUCTED ON APRIL 7, 2019 AT THE BARANGAY HALL

The meeting was convened at 6:00 PM. The BADAC Chair, Hon. Gina T. Tabur upon a
quorum has constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Conduct of checkpoint for incoming visitors for log book at the barangay hall
2. Continuous drug activities monitoring
3. Other Matters

Because fiesta celebration for the barangay and nearby barangays are approaching, the
BADAC Chair mandate the Committee Chair on Peace and Order, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, to keep
the tanod duty be visible at the barangay to be able to let all the incoming visitors in the barangay
to have courtesy by signing in the logbook for personal appearance in the barangay.

After due consideration and deliberation, the body reminds themselves to be observant
to the people coming into the barangay especially to this drug related activity monitoring.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 7:30
PM.

The meeting was convened at 6:00 PM. The BADAC Chair, Hon. Gina T. Tabur upon a
quorum has constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Monitoring of Drug Surrenderees

2. Other Matters

Upon handed the list of drug surrenderees, the BADAC Chair pronounced to the body
the need of the Sangguninag Barangay appointed as the house cluster leaders where the
individuals reside, to keep a close in monitoring of these individuals of their daily activity and
any untoward activities shall be reported immediately to be given appropriate action.

After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, moved a motion to
invite these individuals for a meeting on next BADAC Meeting and duly seconded byb all
members present.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 7:00
PM.

The BADAC Chair informed the body a need of preparation to the activity anti-drug
campaign to be conducted, and mandate SK Chair to conduct survey on the needed participants
for the activity.

After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, moved a motion to
invite these individuals for a meeting on next BADAC Meeting and duly seconded byb all
members present.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 7:00
PM.

3. Peace and Order Situation of the Barangay

BPOC Chair, Hon. Gina Tabur asked the cooperation of the body in planning for the
BPOC Plan 2019.

BPOC Chair appointed Mr. Harold Salvado as new Tanod Ex-O in view of the
resignation of the previews Ex-O

The Chief Tanod Harvey Salvado reported that tanods will continue to observe peace
and order within the barangay by night patrol.

BPOC Chair reminded all the tanods to wear proper and complete set of uniform during
duty.
She also advised them not to take in any alcoholic beverages during duty.

After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, moved a motion to
invite these individuals for a meeting on next BPOC Meeting and duly seconded by all members
present.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 7:00
PM.

ON APRIL 7, 2019 AT THE BARANGAY HALL

The meeting was convened at 6:00 PM. The BPOC Chair, Hon. Gina T. Tabur upon a
quorum has constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Conduct of checkpoint for incoming visitors for log book

2. Safety Measures during the celebration of Barangay Fiesta 2019
3. Other Matters

Because fiesta celebration for the barangay and nearby barangays are approaching, the
BPOC Chair mandate the Committee Chair on Peace and Order, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, to keep
the tanod duty visible at the barangay to be able to let all the incoming visitors in the barangay to
have courtesy by signing in the logbook for personal appearance in the barangay.

She also ordered the tanod and members of the council to serve visitors with courtesy
and guide them during the four night celebration/activities. She further intensifies the no drinking
of alcoholic drinks as they perform their duties.

She also reminded the council not to leave the barangay covered court premises until it
is cleared of barangay properties (i.e. chairs, tables)

Furthermore, she ordered the council to heighten alert in case of arising matters which
will compromise the peace and order of the barangay fiesta. To always wear their proper
complete uniform and perform patrol operations.

After due consideration and deliberation, the body reminds themselves to be observant
to the people coming into the barangay.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 7:30
PM.

The meeting was convened at 6:00 PM. The BPOC Chair, Hon. Gina T. Tabur upon a
quorum has constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Appointment of new Tanod Ex-O

2. Monitoring of delinquent minors and implementation of curfew to minors intensified
3. Other Matters

BPOC Chair appointer Mr. Arnold Tabur as new Tanod Ex-O after the previews Ex-O
passed away after a tragic accident.

After reports of minors roaming around at night loitering in the streets, BPOC Chair
ordered the council to intensify the implementation of curfew hour. Parents of minors not
obliging to the curfew hours should be informed immediately and turn in for counselling.

BPOC Chair reminded them to always do patrol operations and record any untoward
incident or unknown vehicles within the barangay area of responsibility.

After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Jerry T. Ramos, moved a motion to
invite these individuals for a meeting on next BPOC Meeting and duly seconded by all members
present.

The meeting was convened at 6:00 PM. The BPOC Chair, Hon. Gina T. Tabur upon a
quorum has constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Torch and Lantern Parade

2. Christmas Program Celebration
3. Rizal Day Celebration
4. Other Matters

The BPOC Chair informed the body a need of preparation to the activity torch and
lantern parade, in order to maintain a peaceful parade, members of the council especially tanods
should attend.

Council members should also intensify peacekeeping activities during the celebration of
the Christmas program .

Attendance to the Rizal day celebration should be monitored.

BPOC Chair also reminded the council members to promote and observe peaceful
welcoming of the new year celebration. As much as possible avoid using firecrackers or the
modified blast cannons (ambulabog) and always observe safety for all the residents.

these individuals for a meeting on next BPOC Meeting and duly seconded by all members
present.
