    TESTING (2017)
    • Check the dog lead or the blanking plugs are plugged in.

    • Check F31 5 Amp fuse in the breakout module.

    • Check the loom is plugged into the breakout Module C32 Light Blue.

    • Check the cable continuity if open circuit replace damaged cable.

    • If the cables are short circuit replace damaged cables.

    • Check Can High 2.9-2.5V. and Can Low 2.5-2.1 Volts.

    • Check can resistance this should be 60 Ohms.

    • Check the resistor in the handset this should be 120 Ohms.

    • Test between pin 1 of 16 and 9 of 16 on the handset If open circuit then the hand set needs
    replacing.

    • Check the second 120 Ohm Resistor in the Panel breakout module, on pins 15 (CAN Low) and 27
    (CAN high) in the 35 pin White Connector.
