    • Responsible for selecting the type of mesh and elements, maintaining the mesh quality and mesh convergence.
    • Creating 2D shell mesh for Plastic or Sheet Metal components.
    • Creating 3D (hexa & tetra) for Casting component.
    • Deck preparation using Hypermesh, Simlab, Ansys.
    • Assign thickness properties & material properties to components
    • Apply loads & boundary conditions required for linear & nonlinear static analysis.

    Major Development Projects
    • Title: Analysis of Wind Turbine Blade (Industry Sponsored).
    Synopsis: To use FEM and perform Static structural, fatigue analysis, transient structural analysis with linked modal
    analysis on the blade. To evaluate the blade results at the operating conditions like clamping load, pressure conditions
    and fatigue life prediction by use of Ansys. Observe different mode shapes and report description of modes. Result
    interpretation like bending mode in hyperview. Provide technical solution in the product. (2019)

    • Title: Development of Tribotester for Measurement of Tool Wear.


    Synopsis: Created a testing equipment to monitor and evaluate the friction & wear losses. The accuracy of equipment
    was increased by using machine learning & data analysis. Various sensors were interfaced with a processor consist of a
    well-structured program. (2018 – 2019).
