1. What do you think are the salient factors that contribute to the success of any communication
situation in your chosen field of specialization?
- I think the factors that contribute to success of any communication situation are know
your purpose, know your audience, organize your ideas and through following basic
communication principles that should be master to fury present the ideas/thoughts and
be an active.

2. Why is it important to know your purpose, know your audience, organize your ideas, and follow
basic communication principle? Provide a concrete example related to your field. Utilize the
space below your answer.
- It is important to know all of the basic communication principle to improve and again a
strong foundation of communication.

Ex. Principal in school then he/she pick as a speaker of the graduating students of Senior
high school, and as a speaker he or she needs to give a message that can encourage the
students to do such things that can make their lives a productive.
