common ingredients in making a royal icing.

Procedure
1. Separate the egg whites into a bowl
2. Put the egg whites then add lemon
extract and beat.
3.Add the cream of tartar and continue
mixing until the whites became frothy
4. gradually add the confectioner’s
sugar
5. Continue to mix until the icing holds a stiff
peak and is dull in appearance about 2
minutes.
