In making Royal icing, you will need the

2 large egg whites
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
2 ½ cups of confectioner sugar ( sifted)
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Liquid food colour

Procedure
1. Separate the egg whites into a bowl
2. Put the egg whites then add lemon
extract and beat.
3.Add the cream of tartar and continue
mixing until the whites became frothy
4. gradually add the confectioner’s
sugar
5. Continue to mix until the icing holds a stiff
peak and is dull in appearance about 2
minutes.

E. Application

I will group you into 2 groups, each group


compose of 5 members.
After you have made your output you are
going to present it for evaluation.

I will give you 5-10 minutes to work for it.
