BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

J.M.C. Constructions Private Limited was incorporated on 24.06.2008,
under Part – IX of the Indian Companies Act 1956, with Dr. A. Srinivasulu
as the Chairman and Promoter of the Company, by transferring all assets,
liabilities and experience of a partnership firm, A. Srinivasulu & Co. set up
in the year 1999, when it had a turnover of 19.06 crores. This firm had
succeeded a proprietorship firm which started contract business in the year
1979, by Dr. A. Srinivasulu. His dynamism and Will has helped develop the Dr. ARANII
SRENEVASULU M.L.A.

Dr.Aranii Srenevasulu hails from Chittoor Town in A.P. He has completed

his Bachelor of Arts. Soon after his studies, and in the year 1981 he has
improved the business of laying roads in a mechanized way. In order to
expand the business further and to diversify, the partnership firm has been
converted as a limited company.

Sri Arani Madan Mohan, Director of the company hails from Bangalore,
Karnataka. He has completed his Masters in Civil in U.S.A. Soon after his
studies, and in the year 2011 he has improved the business of laying roads

CREDENTIALS & APPRECIATION

Our planned execution of works with strict adherence to standards and specifications and timely
completion of work as per schedule has received commendation from Departmental Officers,
cutting through various cadres.

As a token of recognition for the outstanding execution of work “Construction of Bridge at Km. 7/8
– 8/2 of Thiruvottiyur Ponneri Panchatti Road near Napalyam” done by us, the then Honourable
Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr.M.Karunanidhi presented a Memento to Sri A. Srinivasulu, in a
specially organized function.
The NHAI work of “Maintenance and Rehabilitation Work of Chennai – Tindivanam Section of NH-
45, Km. 11/7 – 122/0” was awarded to us in August 2001, for an agreement value of Rs. 12
Crores, with a scheduled time period of 1 year. During the said period, taking into account of our
uncompromising quality in execution of the work as per schedule, additional items of work to the
tune of Rs.13 Crores were awarded to us by the Department. All the works for the full value of Rs.
13 Crores were successfully completed within the agreement schedule time of 1 year.
The Company has consistently been a member in the Nation’s Economic Development, by strictly
adhering to its duties towards payment of Income Tax, Sales Tax and other taxes. Needless to say,
for many years, we have been one of the Highest Taxpayers in our region.
The Commissioner, Sri S.K. Mohanty, Income Tax Department, Tirupati had conferred upon Sri A.
Srinivasulu, in June 2002, the “SAMMAN PATRA” in recognition of his contribution to the National
Exchequer, for the Financial Year 1998-99.

The open International University, Colombo has awarded “THE DOCTOR OF HONOURS” to
Sri A. Srinivasulu for the Social Service rendered on 30th November, 2004.

Dr.A.Srinivasulu is running the JMC Trust in chittoor and supplying Free Drinking Water to the
public for the past 11 years.
