K SH SC: T2 ATM Type Temp. Unit

The SSX34 is a portable meter for measuring superheat and subcooling in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It has a rugged rubber boot, magnetic hanger, and K-type thermocouple input. To take a measurement, the thermocouple is clamped to a refrigerant line and the meter displays the temperature, pressure, and calculated superheat or subcooling. The meter can be calibrated by adjusting the temperature pot or zeroing the pressure reading. It operates with R-22, R-410A, R-134A and R-404A refrigerants.
