TECO Air Handling Units

Casing :
Casing build by Galvanized steel and
finished with Polyester powder painted.
Casing is completely insulated with
polyethylene foam. Easy for electrical
cable and water piping connection.

Evaporator Coil :
Excellent heat transfer by using high
quality copper tube with hydrophilic
aluminum fin. Brass copper distributor
is used to improve water flow
distribution, in order to provide better
heat transfer effect.

Air Filter :
Special air filter frame designed to
avoid bypass leakage. TECO can offer
different kind of filter media to suit all
kinds of applications. Filter housing is
build to fit primary and secondary
filters.

Motor :
Motor mounted on adjustable track with
locking bolts to prevent vibration.

Drain Piping :
Trap the drain pipe as figure shown. The
“H” dimension have to be minimum of ½”
plus the unit total static pressure. The trap
does not have to be at the unit but any
location between the unit and the drain.

1. Condition for Cooling operation : Return air temperature at 27℃DB, 19.5℃WB; Chiller water temperature inlet at 7℃, outlet temperature at 12℃.
2. Condition for Heating operation : Return air temperature at 21℃DB; Hot water temperature inlet at 60℃.
