    I, RAMA GOVINDA A/L MURUGAN (NRIC No. 600815-10-6723) of No. 62, Lebuh Peria, Taman
    Radzi, 41200 Klang, Selangor, a Malaysian citizen of full age and capacity and being of sound mind
    HEREBY REVOKE all Wills and testamentary documents hereto before made by me AND DECLARE
    this to be my LAST WILL.

    1. I hereby appoint my wife, PREMAVATHY A/P BALAKRISHNAN (NRIC No. 651010-10-6804)


    of No. 62, Lebuh Peria, Taman Radzi, 41200 Klang, Selangor, to be my sole Executrix of this WILL.

    2. I GIVE my half share of my matrimonial property, a terrace house under Title No. HS(M) 15950, PT
    1023, Mukim Klang in the state of Selangor located in Taman Radzi, Klang bearing the postal address
    No. 62, Lebuh Peria, Taman Radzi, 41200 Klang, Selangor to my beloved wife PREMAVATHY
    A/P BALAKRISHNAN (NRIC No. 651010-10-6804).

    3. I GIVE my whole share of my apartment held under Strata Title No. N2/06/08 in the state of Selangor
    measuring an area 1259 sqft located in Seksyen Tujuh Shah Alam bearing postal address No. A-06-
    04, Pangsapuri Kristal View, Jalan Kristal Tujuh 7/70G Seksyen 7, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor to my
    beloved son, KHIRTIK A/L RAMA GOVINDA (NRIC No. 900422-10-4831).

    4. I GIVE my whole share of my apartment held under Strata Title No. M2/16/15/H in the state of
    Selangor measuring area 778 sqft located in Petaling Jaya bearing postal address of No. 501, Subang
    Ville Ehsan Apartment, Jalan PJS 10/11A Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor to my beloved
    daughter PREMALATHA A/P RAMA GOVINDA (NRIC No. 940612-10-1096).

    5. I GIVE and DEVISE my car, BMW 3220i bearing registration No. WVA 123 to my beloved wife
    PREMAVATHY A/P BALAKRISHNAN (NRIC No. 651010-10-6804) of No. 62, Lebuh Peria,
    Taman Radzi, 41200 Klang, Selangor.

    6. I GIVE and DEVISE all my savings in the CIMB Bank account under the Saving Account No.
    7625416266 to payment of all debts and also my funeral costs and the remaining to be shared equally
    between my beloved wife and children as follows:

    Should any of my beneficiaries predecease me, I direct the Executrix to distribute the immovable or
    movable properties among my surviving beneficiaries in equal shares.

    The Executrix shall have a full power to sell and/convert the immovable properties into cash to settle any of
    my lawful debts (if any).
