1. When will you refer to books as sources of information? Give an example


- I will refer to books as a source of information when I do the verification of the
data or information I got from the Internet. Also, there are times specially in
school where I don’t have an access on the Internet, books to help me in
studying.
2. When will you refer to the newspaper as the source of information? Give an
example
- I will refer to newspaper as a source of information whenever I wake up every
day. My family buys a newspaper every day. That’s why we are updated in
every news we’ve had for that day.
3. When will you consider the use of internet over books? Give an example
- Considering this pandemic where we don’t have books as a reference for
studying, I usually use internet to help me studying. It is more accessible than
using books while studying at home
4. When will you refer to articles over books? Give an example
- I will refer in articles than in books when I’m looking for deeper information
regarding certain topics.
5. When will you consider using indigenous sources?
- I will consider using indigenous sources when I’m travelling. For me, respect is
the biggest thing you can offer to the people living in the place you are going to.
6. Why is it necessary to know the prons and cons of each information sources?
- This will help you in using the proper source you need in everything you wanted
to look into. It is necessary to lessen the time and effort you need when looking
for information.
7. In using any sources of information, how will you measure or validate
information quality?
- I can verify if the source of information is reliable by checking the details in the
article. I will look for author’s details and publication details of the article to
further verify the sources of information I am looking to. I will also use a
reference source to prove the validity of that source.
