most people, job interviews are nerve-wracking situations. So , The best way to counter the pressure
is to Be prepared.

In fact , this requires advanced planning, preparation, and practice.Knowing what to expect and
being ready to make a good first impression will ease your nerves and boost your confidence.

Here some tips before before the interviw you should follow to show the hiring person that you’re
the best candidate for the job.

1.Get Your Interview Outfit Ready: Dress to impress

The way you dress for a job interview shows a lot about you. In fact, The right interview outfit
conveys a message that you respect the hiring manager and want to appear committed and
professional. So, make sure you’re wearing clean and ironed clothes, and avoid anything that could
be distracting for the interviewer (ex: short skirts, revealing blouses, visible body piercings) . The
adequate outfit will make feel comfortable, confident, and ready to shine

It's important to know the company and know what the job requires.

On one hand , Don’t forget to do a search for further information about the company. For instance,
you should conduct a web search and visit the company’s website and social media platforms to
gather information about its goals, history, and current initiatives, and why not talking to any
personal connections who’ve worked there to allow more effective communication with the
company.

So, Before you go to the interview be sure you're well informed. on Reread the job , and Understand
it : to determine what the employer is looking for in a candidate as What specific qualifications are
they seeking, and What particular strengths are they looking for in a candidate Be sure that you
match for the job. Acutually, The closer your qualifications match the job requirements, the bigger
chance you'll have of getting a second-round interview and a job offer.

Practice Answering Interview Questions :


Take the time to review common interview questions .This will give you a framework for
your responses. Furthermore, It will also reduce stress because you won't be scrambling
for an answer during the interview. After that, Practice with a friend or family member
ahead of time, and it will be much easier when you're actually in a job interview.
Bring the Right Things
It's important to know what to bring to a job interview as extra copies of your resume, a
list of questions you have for the interviewer. Be sure you have everything you need
ready to go.

s1. Know where you’re going. This one might sound obvious, but many people leave
home without the address or their contact’s name. Write down the address and the
name of the person you're meeting (and their phone number if you have it), or put it in
your phone. Look up the address on a map in advance so you know exactly how to get
there.

interview at least 15 minutes early. This should give you some time to organize your
