1. Assess the communication situation,

Correspondence become powerful between the two if the audience of the


speaker comprehends what the speaker's discourse that they ready to
reaction and give criticisms. Viable correspondence between the speaker and
audience, the speaker/sender is the person who make the message or who
give discourse that advise, convince or engage the audience/recipient that
they ready to comprehend what the sender passes on to them.

2. Tell:
a. The probable relationship between the speaker and the listener
- Plausible connection between the speaker and the audience, the
speaker is the person who offer discourse to educate, to engage or to
convince to the audience and the audience is the person who give
reacts or criticism to the speaker's discourse.
b. The kind of language was used: formal or informal?
If it is formal, try to rephrase the statement so that it will sound informal. If it
is informal, try to rephrase the statement so that it will sound formal.
