sq ft area.This site is combination of 3 big villas
villa 1 has ground floor : Dining area, formal
living area,kitchen , powder bathroom , staff
quarters, lift, grand mothers bedroom with
walking wardrobe and bathroom.
First floor : Library, guest bedroom with
bathroom and wardrobe area, Master
bedroom with walking wardrobe and
bathroom , study room , pooja room
Second floor : Guest bedroom 2 with bathroom
, Guest bedroom 3 and lift lobby sitting.

Contextualising Interior Space Making
Interior Architecture Hospitality Design in-
formed by the local context
Architecture, exterior or interior, can be con-
sidered to be a result of an appropriate re-
sponse to a physical context which can be
summarised as ‘Form Follows Context’. A
deeper understanding would include ‘cul-
ture’. The studio will explore the interface be-
tween interior architecture and its ‘context’
in hospitality design. If the design of a hotel
could showcase the context, it would be
an enriching experience for the visitor, while
boosting the local economy and preserving
the local culture.

Gajoldhoba is in between the mahananda

river to the west and Teesta river to the east
and it is surrounded by baikunthapur forest.
The site is surrounded by nature. The concept
is to maximize the connection with nature to
bring inside space out and outside space in
which is been derived from the context itself.

Cluster combination is a combination of the indiviual clusters
