Section 1 of the portfolio centered on the formulation and definition of the problem.
Definition of the problem included the background and in-depth study of the problem
that involved theoretical research around the subject of research. Section 2 of the
portfolio contained the research the intervention stages which involved the actual
practical activities (training programs) to solve the problem and gathering of data.
Section 3 is where data was presented and analyzed. Section 4 is the last section where
the researcher made conclusions and offered recommendations drawn from Sections 2
and 3.
My project is on long jump in my research I am researching as an athlete here I will be have

Try to use diagrams as far as possible and explain the solution

Problem 2 Solution

Problem 3 Solution

Problem 4 Solution

Problem 5 Solution

2.2 TRAINING PROGRAMS

introduced in micro cycle two and three. The three training sessions will represent each micro
cycle.

Micro-cycle 1 Training Program

Write the training program in full

Micro-cycle 2 Training Program

Write the training program in full with increased overload

Micro-cycle 3 Training Program

Write the training program in full with increased overload than training program 2 above

2.3 DATA COLLECTION METHODS

Initial Test/Activity

Explain in one or two sentences how the activity will be carried out also put a recording sheet
format.
Example

3
2
3

Explain the recording instrument stating what it is for how it is used and why the test was done.

Micro Cycle 1 Sessions Data

Explain what is being done at this stage and also show what data is measured and how it is
recorded.
Micro Cycle 2 Sessions Data
Explain what is being done at this stage and also show what data is measured and how it is
recorded.

Micro Cycle 3 sessions Data

Explain what is being done at this stage and also show what data is measured and how it is
recorded.

SECTION 3

RESULT PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS

3.0 INTRODUCTION

State what this section will contain, research summary, research conclusion, recommendation

4.1 RESEARCH SUMMARY

Summarize each section capturing the major highlights only

4
