    Subject: Complaint on Sounds Systems Exhibition 2011

    Dear Anne Kong

    I have received a complain concern the Sounds Systems exhibition we


    organize at the Fortune Hotel.

    First, there was a problem with the online registration system which appear
    to have be due to the capacity of the server. For future events I recommend
    that we upgrade our hardware.

    Another problem relate to the size of the venue and potential overcrowding.
    A possibly solution would be to book a larger venue for popular events.

    The popular of the exhibition meant that at times there was a lack of leaflets.
    In future we will make sure a higher quantity is printed and also limit the
    number each person can take.

    Perhap in way of compensation we can offer the complain free tickets to a


    future event as well as copies of the leaflets he could not take.

    I hope these suggestion are satisfied.
