BASIC QUALIFICATION
a) Bona fide resident of Taguig City for at least 3 years immediately preceding the application;
b) of good moral character both in paper and in deeds;
c) a duly registered voter of the city if at the time of the filing of application the applicant has already turned 18 years of age, and whose parents,
or at least one of them, is a duly registered voter of Taguig City;
d) officially enrolled at the Taguig City University with a minimum of 15 units enrolled per semester (excluding the summer semester).

1. Please provide 2 (two) sets of photocopies of all the documents. All photocopied documents should be faithful reproduction of the original.
Bring the original copies of documents for validation purposes. Ask for the “Receiving Copy” upon submission.
