Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Agreement for CCTV Surveillance System

Matrix Solution agrees to provide the following services under this agreement to help our
customers in getting the best throughput from the CCTV surveillance system. We have
specialized CCTV Surveillance System maintenance team to take care of all variety of CCTV
Camera includes DVR, WiFi Routers and Power Supply. The Annual maintenance contract
(AMC) includes repairing and services of all hardware.

Terms & conditions:-


1. Period of Contract: The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing of
memorandum of understanding (MOU) on AMC. This may be renewed Annual
subject to rendering of satisfactory service & fulfilling the term & conditions.

2. Payment Term: For all AMC, payment will be made as Advance basis.

3. Maintenance of Parts: Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System includes


Camera Visibility Test, DVR Recording Test, DVR Settings Verification, and Disk Error
Check. Replacement of CCTV parts and some consumable items are not covered
under AMC. It'll on chargeable basis. However the servicing agency may provide such
components and the price may be fixed at the time of signing of AMC.

4. AMC Includes: The AMC cost includes the travelling cost for rendering service
throughout the one year period for one or all locations & for one or all systems.
Services and Connectors are the part of AMC. For Example: Our technician diagnosed
the issue with a DVR then we'll get warranty services "to and fro" and restore the
DVR after availing warranty services from Principle Company. If your existing DVR is
purchased from other supplier then it’s your responsibility to get warranty services.

5. AMC not Includes: Product stand-by and part replacement are not the part of AMC.
Password Reset, Relocation of products and Data Back-up services are on chargeable
basis.

6. Service Tax: The AMC cost excludes service tax charged by State or Central Govt. for
rendering this type of service.

7. Working Hours: The maintenance work shall normally be done during working hours
of the customer. However, in case of emergency maintenance may have to be done
beyond office hours and even on holidays prior arrangement through proper
communication should be worked out in all cases by the servicing agencies.

8. Final Authority: The final authority for payments will be Head of the Organization
offering the AMC.
Rates & Charges

1. HD CCTV Camera - 16 No’s and 16 Channel DVR - 1 No’s @ Rs. 3500

Limitations:

1. AMC Amount is for one location. It may combination of all products in same location.

2. Scheme is limited to Corporates/Offices/Showrooms. Not applicable for home users.


Home users can opt services on variable charge basis.
