    URGENT MOTION FOR RESETTING with APOLOGY

    Petitioner, through undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
    respectfully avers:

    1) That this case was scheduled for hearing on February 29, 2016 at 8:30 o’clock in
    the morning;

    2) That the undersigned counsel had a pre-scheduled hearing of his other cases on
    the said date and time at Sandiganbayan in the case of “People of the
    Philippines vs. Gwendolyn Garcia, Et. Al”;

    3) That the undersigned humbly request this Honorable Court to reset the hearing
    of this case at the most convenient time and schedule of this Honorable Court
    particularly on the 3rd week of March 2016;

    4) That this Urgent Motion for Resetting is done with utmost sincerity and good faith
    and not done for purpose of delaying the proceedings of this Honorable Court but
    for reasons above cited:

    5) That the undersigned humbly apologizes to this Honrable Court and the State
    Prosecutor for this untimely RESETTING;

    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed before this


    Honorable Court to reset the February 29, 2016 hearing of this case to a schedule that
    is most convenient of this Honorable Court particularly on the 3rd week of November
    2016;
