Drug abuse and alcohol addiction are a serious disease that plagues millions of Americans. No matter
where one may be in their addiction treatment journey, it helps to have peer groups and personal stories
of others that understand what they are going through. This is also helpful for the friends and family
members of those going through the recovery process.  While self-help books are not a solution for long-
