Top Management of Kopano Mining (Pty) Ltd are fully committed to an effective implemented
business management system that are aligns with our strategic direction and complies with the:

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ISO 9001:2015

OUR COMMITMENT ENTAILS: -

Total commitment to the above requirements and:

• Compliance to a quality product and/or service, which complies with our customer specifications
and requirements, such as any other statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Minimizing customer complaints and claims.

Our quality policy is to achieve and maintain by means of the following objectives:

• Culture of quality awareness at all levels in the company.

• Clear lines of authority for all activities affecting product quality and the quality system.

• The quality system regulates the procedures required to achieve the above.

• Continually improve our Quality Management System by committing to ensure that it remains
relevant and effective.

• Management to evaluate satisfaction of the service delivery and evaluate customer feedback.

• Pro-active management so that customer complaints are minimized.

• Training of our employees to enable them to understand and apply these objectives and in aspects
of a world-class operation.

• Provide appropriate resources to achieve our objectives.

• Creating a safe work environment.

As the Managing Director, I shall ensure, with the continued assistance of Management, that this
policy is implemented and understood at all levels within the organization. This Quality Policy
statement is available to any relevant interest parties when required and annually reviewed.
