A Research Project: Effect of Motivation On Employees Productivity in HDFC Bank

This research project examines the effect of motivation on employee productivity at HDFC Bank. It contains 3 chapters that introduce the banking industry, HDFC Bank company, and the research topic of motivation and its impact on productivity. The project was conducted under the supervision of a faculty member to fulfill the requirements for a Master's in Business Administration degree. Primary and secondary research methods were used to collect data that was then analyzed regarding the relationship between motivation and employee performance at HDFC Bank. Findings and suggestions are provided based on the results of the data analysis.
