As a Nurse Practitioner:

Notable Accomplishments:
• Learned operation as a charge nurse in a rapidly growing dialysis clinic, with multiple nephrologists within
one month of employment with the company. (Normal learning curve for a minimally trained dialysis nurse is
six months to be able to operate without another licensed nurse present in the clinic.)

Melissa has been a friend for numerous years. We met while working in the special needs’ community as moms
and as advocates. She was also a mentor during one of my nurse practitioner clinical rotations.
Allison has been a friend for 2 years. We attended nurse practitioner school together and still maintain a close
relationship sharing clinical insights, and resources.
Rachel was a provider at my previous RN position. We worked closely as Provider and RN in both the outpatient
mental health clinic as well as the inpatient mental wellness, substance abuse, and heroes’ units. She remains an
invaluable resource regarding mental wellness as well as substance abuse treatment.
