RECTIFICATION OF GIFT DEED

THIS DEED OF RECTIFICATION is made and executed at


Bangalore on this the Thirtieth Day of April Two Thousand Ten (30-04-
2010)

BY:-

Sri.M.Jayanna,
Aged about 75 years,
Son of Late M.Munirangaiah,
Residing at No.32, 4th Main,
2nd Cross, 3rd Block
Rajajinagar,
Bangalore – 560 010

Hereinafter called the ‘DONOR’ (which expression unless repugnant to


the context, shall mean and include his heirs, legal representatives,
administrators, executors, successors, assigns etc) of the One Part:

IN FAVOUR OF:-

1) Sri. M.G.Rajanna,
Aged about 48 years,
Son of Late Gangabyraiah,

2) Sri. M.G.Balanna,
Aged about 46 years,
Son of Late Gangabyraiah,

3) Sri. M.G.Ramanna,
Aged about 44 years,
Son of Late Gangabyraiah,

All are residing at No.432,


4th A Cross, 2nd Block,
Rajajinagar,
Bengaluru – 560 010

Hereinafter called the ‘DONEES’ (which expression unless repugnant to


the context, shall mean and include their heirs, legal representatives,
administrators, executors, successors, assigns etc) of the Other Part:

WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS the donor herein has executed a Gift Deed on


12.02.1999 in respect of all that part and parcel of the site bearing
assessment No.5577, Subhash Nagar, behind Travelers Bungalow,
Nelamangala Town, Bangalore Rural District, measuring East to West
175 feet and North to South 100 feet, which is more fully described in
the schedule hereunder and hereinafter referred to as the “Schedule
Property” in favour of the Donees herein and the said gift deed is
registered as Document No.1924/98-99, Book–I, Volume No.1937, at
pages 125-132, in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Nelamangala.

WHEREAS in the said Gift Deed, there is typographical


error/mistake, that has crept in while stating the name of the father of
the Donor as Sri.Munigangaiah instead of Sri.M.Munirangaiah. The
said error/mistake has to be corrected and has to be read as
Sri.M.Rajagopal, Son of Sri.M.Munirangaiah in page No.1 of the said
Gift Deed.

WHEREAS through this Deed of Rectification, except the above


mentioned rectification, all other things and remaining particulars as to
the description of the property, covenants, and its measurement,
remains to be the same. Neither of the parties herein have received nor
paid any consideration towards this transaction.

SCHEDULE PROPERTY

All that piece and parcel of converted residential site located as


Assessment No.5577, Subhash Nagar, Behind Traveller’s Bungalow,
Nelamangala Town, Bangalore Rural District, site measuring East to
West 175 feet and North to South 100 feet and the site is bounded as
follows :

East by : Traveller’s Bungalow


West by : Private Property

North by : PWD Quarters & Road
South by : Private Property.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the Donor and Donees have signed,


executed and delivered this indenture of rectification deed, on the day,
month and year first above written.
