It is important to students to learn the values education because it helps us to

determine what is important to us and to know the basic and fundamental beliefs
that guides or to motivates attitude or actions. Values describe the personal
qualities we choose to embody to guide our actions.

Values education is the responsibility of us all and not just of schools. In

today’s world, teaching values to our youth is more important than ever. From the
moment we are born, students are extremely impressionable. Students begin from
nothing or children begin from opinions and view of the world before they even hit
their adolescence. As a student educator, we should know the essence and
importance of values education so that we undergo our responsibilities to teach our
youth about core values so that they grow up to be caring, confident and respectful.
Education without values as useful as it is, seems rather than to make man more
clever devil.
