Bungalow (constructed Ground + First Floor) on Residential Plot of Land bearing

described in the schedule given at the foot of these presents, hereinafter referred to as the
SAID PROPERTY.

AND WHEREAS the ___________ Co-operative Housing Society Limited Karachi,


originally allotted the said Plot to MR. _______________ S/O __________________.

AND WHEREAS the said Allottee MR. _______________ S/O _________________, in


consideration of natural love and affection gifted his 75% undivided share in the said
property to his three (03) sons namely (1) MR. ___________________ (25% Share),
(2) MR. __________________ (25% Share), (3) MR. __________________ (25% Share)

AND THEREAFTER the said Allottee MR. ________________ S/O _______________,


in consideration of natural love and affection, transferred his remaining 25% undivided

WHEREAS the RELINQUISHER is the co-owner of 3.5714% undivided share and


RELINQUISHEE is the co-owner of 32.1428% undivided in the said property and
RELINQUISHER above-named has agreed to relinquish, release and discharge her
3.5714% undivided share, interest and claim in the SAID PROPERTY in favour of the
RELINQUISHEE above-named.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER


1. That in consideration of the RELINQUISHER has irrevocably relinquished,
released, extinguished, abandoned her 3.5714% undivided share, interests and
claim in the SAID PROPERTY and unto the RELINQUISHEE has accepted and
obtained the RELINQUISHMENT of the 3.5714% undivided share of
RELINQUISHER in the Relinquished property the party has mutually agreed that
the 3.5714% undivided share in the aforesaid property be transferred in the name
of MR. ___________________ S/O __________________ as shown at Serial
No. 4 in the Table above.

2. That the First Party (RELINQUISHER) has NO OBJECTION whatsoever, if the


3.5714% undivided share in said property is transferred in the name of Second
Party and necessary transfer of his name is carried out in the records of
_________________ Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Karachi Co-
operative Housing Societies Union Limited, Ministry of Housing & Works
Karachi/Islamabad, KDA, CDGK, Excise & Taxation and in the other relevant
authorities.

3. That the First Party (RELINQUISHER) has hereby surrendered relinquished and
abandoned all her rights, titles, claims, over the said property in favour of the
Second Party (RELINQUISHEE) who has now become the sole and absolute
owner of 35.7142% undivided share in the said property by virtue of these
present.

4. That the First Party (RELINQUISHER) shall not claim any rights or title in the
said property in future nor her respective legal heirs shall have any rights or claims
whatsoever in the said property at any time.

5. That the Second Party (RELINQUISHEE) hereby accepts this relinquishment of


rights and disclaimer of the First Party (RELINQUISHER) and now he is the
absolute owner of 35.7142% undivided share in the aforesaid property.

6. That henceforth the RELINQUISHEE shall be the owner of 35.7142% undivided


share in the relinquished property and every part thereof and quietly have, hold,
occupy and possess the 3.5714% undivided share of the RELINQUISHER in the
Relinquished Property and shall enjoy the rent profits, benefits and emoluments
thereof as owner, without any let, claim, charge, demand, interruption, denial or
eviction by the RELINQUISHER or any person claiming through, under and on
behalf of the RELINQUISHER.

7. That the First Party (RELINQUISHER) and Second Party (RELINQUISHEE)


hereby agree and undertake that they shall keep the _____________ Co-operative
Housing Society Limited., Karachi Co-operative Housing Societies Union Limited
and Ministry of Housing & Works Division, Islamabad / Karachi or any other
authority harmless and indemnified against all losses, detriments which, may be
occasioned due to any action by any person or authority in respect of the said
property.
