    Chhattisgarh- 492007, do hereby Solemnly affirm and state as under:
    1. That I am the petitioner in the above Petition and as such in that
    capacity fully conversant with the case and thus I am competent to
    swear this affidavit.
    2. I Submit that the accompanying Writ Petition has been drafted
    by the counsel on my instructions and the contents thereof have been
    explained to me in the vernacular and understood by me. I state that
    statements so far as they relate to the facts of the case are correct to my
    knowledge and belief while those relating to law are correct on
    information received and believed to be true.
    3. That the Annexures filed along with the accompanying Writ
    Petition are true copies of their respective originals.
    4. That no such similar Writ Petition has been filed by me and/or on
    my behalf before this Hon’ble Court or before the Hon’ble Supreme
    Court.
