    PRODUCTION shall be identified by wearing blue arm HOD/Supevisor/
    (10 days) band on the left arm for a period of Line Leader
    10 working days.
    (Note: A special ID shall be assigned
    on critical processes.
    1. "OJT-A" for Appearance OJT
    2. "OJT-S" for Soldering OJT
    3. "OJT-P" for Packing OJT

    New operators will be trained on Production Test Paper for relevent


    relevent processes. HOD / Supervisor / process
    A test will be given to Line Leader
    certified the competency with >=81%
    as passing mark

    1/ Soldering Practical Test to be HOD / Supervisor / Assessment
    2/ Apperance conducted for those Line Leader
    3/ Packing operators assigned to Appearance Training

    alphabet ID:
    a) Soldering Techniques - "S"
    b) Appearance Inspection - "A"
    c) Packing -"P"
    d) Advance Soldering - "AS"
    (Note: the blue arm band & critical
    process arm band shall be removed
    and replaced by permanent alphabet
    ID)

    CERTIFICATION BY 2/ Production and HR shall continue Production Training Record


    PRODUCTION & to monitor the progress of all Human Resource
    HUMAN RESOURCE
    -OHER TASKS all operators and review monthly
    whether re-training is required.

    1/ Production and HR shall continue Production Operator 6 Monthly


    to monitor the progress of all Human Resource Re-training / certification
    OPERATOR 6 MONTHLY
    RE-TRAINING PLAN operators and review every 6 records.
    month or when necessary whether
    re-training is necessary.
