The objective of this service is to address citizens Grievance. Citizen needs to apply through MeeSeva
franchise.

Land Owner details gets displayed. Operator has to furnish the Communication details

Operator Selected Grievance as Aadhaar number not available, enter the correct Aadhaar number and
upload the Aadhaar document.
Operator Selected Grievance as father name Incorrect, enter correct father name and upload the relevant
document.
Operator selected grievance as Photo mismatch, enter the ID number and upload the relevant photo
document.
Operator Selected grievance as Gender Incorrect, enter the correct Gender and upload the relevant valid
document.
Operator selected Grievance as Caste Incorrect, enter the Caste certificate number received form
Meeseva and select correct Caste and upload the Caste certificate document.
Operator selected Grievance as Correction of manner in which Land acquired, select the manner in which
land acquired and upload the relevant valid document.
Operator Selected Grievance as land nature Correction, select the required Nature of land and upload the
relevant valid document.
Operator Selected Grievance as land classification, select the required classification and upload the
relevant valid document.
Operator selected Grievance as Aadhaar Incorrect.
Operator selected Grievance as Aadhaar Incorrect, enter the correct Aadhaar number and upload the
Aadhaar document. Select the required device and Authenticate. After successful Authentication click on
Submit.
After Click on Submit Acknowledgment receipt is generated.
Operator has to enter the land details and click on Fetch details.
The land details will be displayed.
Operator has to furnish the Communication details and select the required Grievance and enter the
correct AAdhaar number and upload the Aadhaar proof document.
Enter the correct Aadhaar number and upload the Aadhaar proof document.
Operator Selected Grievance as Aadhaar number not available, enter the correct Aadhaar number and
upload the Aadhaar document.
Operator Selected Grievance as father name Incorrect, enter correct father name and upload the relevant
document.
Operator selected grievance as Survey Number Missing.
Operator selects the grievance as Survey number missing, uploads the relevant document and enters his
remarks.
Operator selected grievance as Photo mismatch, enter the ID number and upload the relevant photo
document.
Operator Selected grievance as Gender Incorrect, enter the correct Gender and upload the relevant valid
document.
Operator selected Grievance as Caste Incorrect, enter the Caste certificate number received form
Meeseva and select correct Caste and upload the Caste certificate document.

Select the required device and Authenticate. After successful Authentication click on Submit.
On submission, the request will go to respective department user based on District and Mandal selection.
Once the request is approved by department user, Citizen can collect certificate from franchisee where
applied.
